
UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic IT company. If you are passionate about crafting user-centered digital experiences and creating visually appealing, intuitive designs, this is the role for you. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience of our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are functional, visually engaging, and user-friendly.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design ideas clearly.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs follow industry best practices and maintain consistency across the company’s products.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with current UI/UX trends and technologies.
- Iterate on feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product’s design and usability.
- Prepare and present design concepts and solutions to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent skills in visual design, typography, and layout.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for various platforms (web and mobile).
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design choices and articulate design solutions.
